About the Series
Tuesdays on the Trail is a YouTube series from Tezels on the Road that explores memorable hiking trails across national parks, national forests, historic sites, and scenic landscapes. Each episode focuses on the trail experience itself — what the hike is like, what you’ll see along the way, and why this trail is worth your time.
From rainforest loops and Civil War battlefield paths to mountain switchbacks and coastal walks, the series covers trails that have a story to tell. Ranger PamPaw’s Trail Guide accompanies each episode with in-depth trail information, historical context, and visitor tips.
Trail-First Storytelling
Every episode focuses on the trail experience — what you see, hear, and feel on foot. We let the scenery and the path carry the story.
Historically Grounded
History is woven naturally into the walk — whether it’s a Civil War crossing, a conservation story, or the landscape itself. Context that adds meaning without lecturing.
Worth the Trip
These aren’t just trails — they’re places. Each episode makes the case for why this particular hike is worth putting on your list.
