Beehive Basin Trail
Lee Metcalf Wilderness – Gallatin National Forest
Great hike, even though the elevation just about did us flatlanders in. Beautiful views all the way up, but the best is at the top. Well worth the sore muscles to get there. As an added bonus we say a lone moose on the way down.

Ousel Falls
A short, wonderful hike after lunch took us to the beautiful Ousel Falls. Your follow the crystal clear South Fork of the West Fork of the Gallatin River all the way to the point where it roars over a series of cascades. The trail was easy, and well maintained.
